Owner/Broker In Charge

Andy is responsible for the vision and growth of the company. He is passionate about real estate and the careers of the agents that work with him. A motivational supporter and one that will always make his agents and employees his number 1 priority.

Andy is a devoted father of two little ones.  He loves to spend his free time at his daughter's cheer competitions and his son's kart races.  He also loves to spend time on the lake and learning new things.

Columbia Market Leader/Broker-In-Charge

Carla is the Broker-in-Charge and Market Leader who provides the leadership, oversight, and compliance necessary to ensure our office operates at the highest professional standards. She is responsible for guiding new agents as they launch their careers, making certain they receive proper training, adhere to regulatory requirements, and uphold our company’s values together through the mentorship program. 

With her extensive real estate and business experience along with her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and proven track record, Carla’s leadership is key to maintaining compliance, professionalism and growth across our team. Outside of real estate, Carla enjoys spending time with her husband Ron, family, and friends, from riding through the mountains to family beach trips! She also loves her two German Shepherds, who keep life full of energy and adventure.

Shannon Nilson

Operations Manager

Shannon has 20+ years of experience in real estate, has built a trusted reputation supporting top-producing agents and teams. She began her career in beautiful Hilton Head, South Carolina, and spent many years as a highly regarded Transaction Coordinator, known for her attention to detail and reliability.

Today, she serves as an Operations Manager, where she oversees everything from commissions and compliance to agent onboarding and daily operations. She is organized, tech-savvy, and a natural team player who thrives in fast-paced environments—always focused on creating smooth, efficient systems that allow agents to focus on what they do best.

When she's not working, you'll find her recharging at the beach or playing with her English Bulldog and 2 Labrador Retrievers outdoors at the family hunting property but her favorite role of all is being a mom to my 14-year-old son—he is truly my world.

Community Partnerships Coordinator

With over 8 years in the real estate industry, Shondia Stroman brings a unique blend of passion and purpose to everything she touches. As a Realtor and the Community Partnership Coordinator for JPAR Magnolia Group, she focuses on building bridges—between agents, clients, vendors, and the communities they serve. Though she thrives behind the scenes, Shondia leads with vision—creating systems, strategies, and connections that help others shine and empower people to achieve their dreams. When she’s not coordinating marketing campaigns or advocating for fair housing, you’ll likely find her walking her mini schnauzer Bella, recording inspirational videos to share life lessons, or squeezing in a strength workout before dinner prep. Simply put: she gets things done—with heart, humor, and a whole lot of hustle.

Techxpert

Christopher serves as JPAR Magnolia Group’s in-house Techxpert, guiding agents in making the most of the tools and systems that power their business. From training to troubleshooting, he helps ensure the team stays efficient, professional, and ahead of the curve with technology.

With a background in real estate, hospitality, and tech support, Christopher brings a unique blend of client service and technical expertise to the brokerage. His patience and approachable teaching style make learning technology less stressful and more effective for agents.

Outside the office, Christopher enjoys skateboarding, tackling DIY home projects, and combing the coast for shark teeth. His mix of curiosity and creativity extends beyond work, fueling both his professional role and personal passions.
