- Last 2 Years of W2’s or 1099’s
- Last 2 Months bank account statements (all pages)
- Last 30 days of paystubs
- Copy of your current unexpired driver’s license
- Last 2 years of Tax returns for you and your company if self-employed.
- Signed contract by all parties and contact for your homeowner’s insurance
Do’s and Don’ts
- Keep all monthly payments Up to Date
- Keep sending in your current paystubs during the loan process
- Keep daily contact with your email and/or point of contact.
- Do not open or inquiry about any new credit until this loan closes.
- Do not start a new job while obtaining this loan
- Do not over drawl your accounts
